We have a new Dance Film about to be completed.  It is called "Trapped."  It is inspired by the play by Warren Doody, "Life Without Parole," about women imprisoned for killing their abusive husband s.  It is a very powerful work.  Keep checking for the Youtube link once the editing is complete.

Going to see a summer blockbuster movie is sort of like eating white bread. It sustains you. It will do it for a moment. But it doesn't fill the need for something finer, something more delectable, something with a taste that lingers...like live performances.

Canyon Movement Company is funded in part by grants from the following organizations:

"Freedom" to Copland's Outdoor Overture, choreographed by Cynthia Ahlers, performed with FSO, July 3, 2007

"H2O" choreographed by Barbara Klimowski, 2006

"Our Hands" choreographed by Gina Darlington, 2005
